Status: offline 		Can anyone explain what happened here? Floatplanes taking out a PT-boat, I mean really??

AFTER ACTION REPORTS FOR Apr 9, 42

Morning Air attack on TF, near Cebu at 80,87

Weather in hex: Clear sky

Raid spotted at 15 NM, estimated altitude 3,000 feet.
Estimated time to target is 5 minutes

Japanese aircraft
F1M2 Pete x 4

No Japanese losses

Allied Ships
PT-34, Bomb hits 2, and is sunk
PT-41

Aircraft Attacking:
4 x F1M2 Pete bombing and strafing from low level
Naval Attack: 2 x 60 kg GP Bomb

Status: offline 		Actually, during Guadalcanal campain one Pete bombed and destroyed a PT-boat. Crew didn't notice Pete flying low level, the plane came behind the boat and dropped a bomb. But that was night time action.

I don't see anything wrong with that combat result. Bombs rarely hit PT-boats, you just had some bad luck.

Status: offline 		I figured that this was a real event when I started reading at the top of the thread. Also, IIRC, it was not uncommon for fighters to strafe PTs when they sighted them.

The term 'Borked' orignates from the Senate Hearings for the confirmation to the US Supreme court for Robert H. Bork who was eventually blocked from appointment. That is the history behind it.

The way we use the term 'Borked' means that something is so damaged it can not possibly work or continue.

which indicates an error of the op trying to do a Knavey because in the game, the bombs are NOT summed up.
