This is what can happen to you if you happen to play japan a lot (or if you get to '45 as the Allies ) There are other areas like this in the game too, just not as obvious. At least to me anyway

Yep, my favourite always has been the Dog of the South China Sea...
There are a couple of those around, always an indicator that you might spend too much time with WitP AE...

And no, Mike, this is not a hint where I am planning ops...
