If I do today's (3/13/12) 1.01 update....will I still be able to play an ongoing campaign without starting over?

Same question with the clarification PBEM games can be continued (Patch will not break these). I have a few PBEM games underway and would like to at least play a few more turns...

If you will have some problems running previous save games, let us know, we will see what can be done.

Both PBEM and regular saves appear to be working after applying the patch. Good Job
