Does anyone have the exact trigger lines for allied reinforcements in OZ, India, or CONUSA?

I think:
- The line south of Vancouver
- The line south of Brisbane
- The line east of Dehli

Are they exactly horizontal lines, starting in the hex south of the mentioned city? In the city hex? For OZ, I suppose they are not just horizontal lines across the continent?

AFAIK they are just horizontal/vertical lines. But I'm not totally sure about the lines given.

The trigger lines are straight horizontal lines.

Australia - 1 hex south of Brisbane
USA - 1 hex south of Vancouver
India - 2 hexes north of Delhi
