Does anyone know if the Hungarians get RE 2000 Heja (Falco I) or HE 112s?, I have never had the patience to get far enough into the game to find out. Or are the aircraft listed all you get?

Bf-197F-4B? Anyone have a picture or link about this aircraft? I have never heard of it.

    Hello

I think a typographical error. List of RLM aircraft designations shows that the Number 197 was used by Arado for the Ar 197 a Naval fighter. Maybe Bf 109F-4B was meant.

Yes, I do remember playing the '41-'45 campaign and seeing the Hungarians receive from Italy a large amount of RE 2000 Heja aircraft (200). I believe it happens before autumn in '41.

A Bf 109 F-4/B did not exist - all Bf 109 since the E-7 were capable of holding bombs or a drop tank. The /B was only used for pre E-7 aircraft modified to act as fighter-bomber (E-1/B, E-3/B, E-4/B, E-4/BN).

    Hello

I think you completly missed the point. And also your statement is not very helpful.

A Bf-197 does not exit and also not Bf-197F-4B. But something was meant....when you read the list you did not see the Bf 109F-4 which where used by RHAF's 1./1. vadászszázad. Some sources using Bf 109F-4B. If this is corrected or not does not matter because it is clear what was meant....the author made a miske ..typo and used designation which was not official. But the hungarians used the 109f.

So please don't split hairs. And help a litle more to find out was meant...

Thanks NM, that was the answer I was looking for. As for the list, well I cut and pasted it and I must assume that it has a typo or some other mistake. I was really interested in the Falcos and the HE 112. Thanks everyone for your input! THis is why I love these forums.

AFAIR they called the Reggiane-built Re.2000 Heja and the MAVAG-built Re.2000 Heja II.
