Looking for a 1st time Russian PBEM (not server) Grand Campaign Opponent (or someone fairly inexperienced). Slow turn rate, maybe 1-3 per week.

I have only played the Russian side PBEM and want to try my hand at the German side. As I have 3 other Russian PBEM right now, I need a slow turn rate.

Only someone dedicated willing to go the full distance (see the whole campaign evolve) apply. This is a long game (2 years real time) with many stages:

Stage 1: 1st 17 turns and Germans try to go as far as possible (can look bleak to many new Russian players but hang in there)
Stage 2: The Russian Blizzard counteroffensive (not looking forward to preparing or weathering (sorry for the pun)

Stage 3: Trying to mount a credible German 42 campaign
Stage 4: Give and take between both players in 43
Stage 5: German player holding on through 44 and 45

Game options:

Full FOW
Locked HQ
RANDOM Weather

House rules:

1. No bombing of HQ's if stacked without a combat unit.
2. No use of mule HQ's. So no HQ buildups for empty HQ's in the rear, move forward and then attach Panzers too.
3. During the game we agree to no airdrops farther than 10 hexes starting count from the most friendly unit.
4. No doubling of FBD units on one rail line (the logistics model is bad enough without stretching the game mechanics)
5. No airfield attack after T01
6. Don't relocate the soviet HQ-s, killing the bad leaders (It's funny when the soviet can change his full general staff without AP).
