Repair Shipyard hits 1 Port hits 7 Port fuel hits 1 Aircraft Attacking: 17 x B5N2 Kate bombing from 8000 feet Port Attack: 1 x 800 kg AP Bomb 13 x B5N2 Kate bombing from 8000 feet City Attack: 1 x 800 kg AP Bomb 25 x B5N2 Kate bombing from 8000 feet Port Attack: 1 x 800 kg AP Bomb 9 x B5N2 Kate bombing from 8000 feet Port Attack: 1 x 800 kg AP Bomb -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ground combat at Clark Field (79,76) Japanese Deliberate attack Attacking force 55968 troops, 418 guns, 457 vehicles, Assault Value = 2141 Defending force 72436 troops, 881 guns, 600 vehicles, Assault Value = 2365 Japanese adjusted assault: 1310 Allied adjusted defense: 2275 Japanese assault odds: 1 to 2 (fort level 2) Combat modifiers Defender: terrain(+), preparation(-), experience(-) Attacker: Japanese ground losses: 7254 casualties reported Squads: 195 destroyed, 692 disabled Non Combat: 5 destroyed, 126 disabled Engineers: 39 destroyed, 107 disabled Guns lost 84 (4 destroyed, 80 disabled) Vehicles lost 78 (4 destroyed, 74 disabled) Allied ground losses: 1699 casualties reported Squads: 19 destroyed, 314 disabled Non Combat: 2 destroyed, 40 disabled Engineers: 1 destroyed, 43 disabled Guns lost 54 (3 destroyed, 51 disabled) Vehicles lost 68 (3 destroyed, 65 disabled) enemy orders his troops to attack Clark Field after months and months of daily bombings without any interuption or notable losses but the attack fails miserably... if I wouldn't have allowed my flak units to take on replacements which has led to all my supply going through my AA guns I could hold easily until the end of 42... but supply will be an issue... I am sure the enemy would be able to use those 800 av in Australia if I would have used the Dutch trying to defend the whole island... as it is now he has to either keep some units as POW guards or he tries to knock out the Dutch, in any case he has to keep troops here he could use elsewhere, same goes for Clark Field...
