Ok, I think I have the time to run my O2 airline, but I will bankrupt the R5 one.
As requested I have written down the best routes I am flying there, and I also list the AC I have available. I will buy them all out from the lease. The big Q is, when I declare bankrupcy, will those AC drop into the used bin, or do you want me to sell them all?

AC:
45xAn-72
80x320-200
49x747-400
35x737-300

Routes:

Is that O2 or the R5 airline................No matter which airline, buy them out and then scrap those planes instead. Once you hit the bankruptcy button about 2-3 days later all those planes will hit the used bin. But you can dump them if you want, it takes time to scrap them.

Has to be the R5 world..........we do not have A320-200 in O2 yet, because I have 150 waiting to be delivered.

DC I am good, I am slowly gaining traction but that 7 mil hit every month is what slows me down. If I would have known I would be still paying it, I would have stayed there. Now I am afraid to even think about going back because it might just add to the 7 mil it is already charging me.

My bad, R5 yes.
Do you want them to hit the used bin or not?

Bin is heavy so go ahead and dump them overboard........I got R5 in idle waiting on my A319-100LR to be delivered anyway. Then I am going to exploit the hell out of them.

I will, I am holding my own, actually the tide has turned more in my favor now. I am just fighting that super charge that I get socked with each month. But I seem to have turned the corner and am making money now with no red zone.

R2, R4 new worlds are available for new entries

R2 = Australia

I'm in both as Fly Yellow. Are we setting up another Alliance in these two?

Let's see how much demand for an Alliance there is.
I am getting invites for the "Avion" alliance in each world

I got my hands full with what I got right now, so not sure I am going to jump another world. If you all do start an alliance, use the MB Global Alliance name........we are going to use that name so we all can easily identify our alliance and so people know h=who we are.

So in O1 I (My japan airline Siebenburge) just picked up a 737-300 in the used plane bin.

It had been seized from Via Aurelia due to non=payment.

So I check out his airline in the rankings. 297.
He has one plane left in his fleet: a 737-300

He has one route he is flying: BRU - FCO. (Neither of which I previously had gates at)

So I take HIS former 737-300 that had been seized due to non-payment; rent gates at BRU & FCO, and lay down 32 flights of (his former) 737-300, against his (sole and ) current 737-300.

Yep, love doing that to people. O1 I am finally above water and making up lost ground as quick as I can get planes.

O2, Sydcal is battling Eastern, so if he was sharing a route with you and Eastern, and you go red, look before you shoot back and try to match his Sydcal prices or undercut Eastern if you get there first.

I told him thanks for the heads up and I would pass the message along and to do what he must. In support I laid down 12 planes on Eastern solo routes and clobbered him.

Sydcal got a little carried away in O2 laying down his planes, I had a talk with him about jumping my solo routes without notice, he apologized and asked for the routes and he would pull his a/c off each route he invaded. He went on a buying spree and just started going down the line on long haul. Whacked about 15 of my long haul routes. I told him to just look at his in the red routes and look before he shoots back, those are the ones to get back off of.

In O1, Air Corea is the latest d-bag, dropping in on a bunch of my routes and dropping prices.

Just an FYI...

R5 : TL-Lines have been shut down. That should mean that in a few days there should be quite some good buys in the used bin, so be ready

in O1, my 7B airlines managed to pick up 4 737-300s.

No idea who they belonged to before as the "Delivered owner" field is blank.

They will be put to good use.

O1........finally CDG rates dropped to 3 mil a month lease and it allowed me the money to terminal LYS. Plus my US based airline built a terminal in MSP. Operations are now progressing at a decent rate of growth. US operations starting to hit some competition.

O2, Air France now has over 300 737-300 in operation. Awaiting delivery of 150 A320-200 for my Trident Conversions.

S1 - Prism has shut down. This will allow anyone interest to start a new airline rather than having me hog a virtually unused slot.
O2 - no activity and none planned. Not sure whether to close, but there are plenty of free spaces for other airlines
R5 - going to make a real go of seeing out the full 40 years. Lots of planes have arrived to replace older planes, with more replacements on order. Fixed a couple of stupid routes where I had Bae146-300 flying at such range they could only carry 9 passengers - now flow by 737-800s. Noticed Dantes Air value has dropped just slightly.
R2, R4 - have initial planes set

in O1, I was checking out my routes and saw that GRU - AEP was in the yellow. It had been a solo route before.

To my amusement, Great Lakes Express had dropped in and undercut my prices by nearly half. Little pax volume left but was still in the $40k range DoP. (picture 1)

So I dropped to match and went $18,000 in the red.
ON a lark I hit "reset" to let the program choose my price. It increase my fares (?) but look at what happened: (Picture 2)

I am not going to touch a thing and let him try and figure out how to respond---LOL

A mini-jackpot of sorts for Siebenburgen Air in O1:

A random check of the bin has allowed a pickup of 18 additional ATRs (1 ATR-42-200 and 17 ATR-72-200). This has increased the size of my prop fleet by nearly 30%, and will allow me to accelerate my prop coverage of all routes in Japan with gate costs in the $50,000/month and under range.

You butt, the moment I saw them they were damned near gone, I managed to grab 1.......LOL

There are a bunch of BAE in the bin, but I don't want them. CRJ200 and such are soon to come online.

I am toying with the idea of R1 in a single airline. Have not decided yet though. Still 100 open slots.

This looks like a hoot of a game, but it also looks like a huge time suck.  From reading your AAR, it looks like you guys have grown from one server/world to several.  I may dip my toes into it when/if I get more time.  Thanks 2ndACR for sharing your find

It can be a major crack game........but for a free game, it is great. Feel free to jump in with us. We operate under several names in alliances.......easiest way to figure it out, is I am 2ndAcr over there, just search members for me and click to see my airlines. That will tell you worlds and the name of our alliance. Depending on how you want to play.......I can do most actions within 10 minutes and I have nothing to do for another 2-3 hours real time. It is when you get up to 2000 planes with 2000 routes and then have to do plane upgrades that your time gets clobbered. Or you spend several billion on the used market and then have to route them. But if you stay decent sized, it is not too hard.

We are shifting to MB Global Alliance as our new official alliance name for all new worlds we enter.

Okay, I just made the jump........Crash and burn has closed down ops in O2........China Matrix closed ops in R5........Mitch Air is now active in R2 (the 1970 new world) based in the US out of RDU on the East Coast.

Oh and Air France in O2 just spent 15 billion on the used market on new jets. 757,767, A310 etc........now have 150 idle planes in O2. LOL

MB Global Alliance is now active in R2.

Invites sent to Meus, Dixie and Apathetic in R2..........come on Sein you know you have to do it. Close out R1 and jump here.

R5:

I'm almost done replacing the mixed bag of ATR and Saab aircraft with Bombardier Q300/400 aircraft. Of course, buying all those shiny new aircraft has meant the bank balance has taken a big hit, especially as the Long Haul fleet is being expanded and the A340-300 fleet is being replaced with -600 models to reduce the ECU types in use. Now, do I sell the final few ATR 72 or scrap them? They're only a year old

Alliances help you with your reputation, if you fly into an alliance members HUB, you can pick up connecting pax to fill empty seats (they are shown as the blue part of you load out). Unlike most over there, we actively defend each other. As far as I can tell, judging by the way we scared them when we showed up, no other alliance operates like us.

We still have a reputation over there, but it has toned down some since we have not gone on a major war path in a while. NO need to anyway.

Dixie, scrap them.......no sense having them turned against us.
