Hi,

I encountered some strange situations in my first game as an Axis Player :

- As soon as Vichy was destroyed, I got many events creating African troops, but I never saw a single unit to deploy... maybe a bug ?

- conquered capitals like Moscow ( Russia surrendered ) and Rome ( Italia allied to me ) changed side without warning, becoming US controlled as US Armored Corps appeared in them... supplied at level 30... Just an annoyance as the game is won so far, but it seems so weird... is that to be fixed, or an intented rule to simulate super-resistants ?

- US Navy entered the Mediterranean and unloaded troops on French shore, even if Gibraltar and Suez were mine. Where these two keys not supposed to lock the Sea entrances ?

Ja, that event is bugged.

I fixed it in the Third Reich scenario.

I don't know if Doom fixed for Vanilla TOF.

I believe that script was originally for French partisans but was converted to Deutches Africa Legion.

The game is not made for a player to switch sides as it triggers certain scripts to occur.

The game just starts if you take Moscow. There is fierce resistance.

So you attacked Spain?

For Moscow, I meant that Russia had already surrendered and my armies were fully committed in England and Iraq where USA were heavily counter-attacking with scores of units... but I was'nt prepared to the pop-up of a US level 4 Armored Corps in Moscou, in the heart of German conquered territory...

ahh.. This is normal. All partizans work this way. It is the same with France. After France falls and Vichy is created partizans pop up. The are under the control of the British player.

Read your pop ups and it will save you have partizan uprising in Russia.

Since Russia already surrendered... the next Allied player that is the leader takes control of the partizans.

In you case the Icon is USA Green but the name of the unit and photo is Russian.

Pop-ups tell me when partizans rise in France, Poland, Yougoslavia or Greece... but not in Russia ( here, there is sometimes the window that lets us choose between losing PP or efficenty in certain regions ), nor in Roma ( !! ) nor in Munich ( !!! )
