Did all of you play that tribute to WB in the Ardennes? Has anyone beaten it? Marginal? More importantly, was it fun? Too tough? Let Fabio and I know what you thought of it, for when we release our next gem-er, humble offering! Don

A lot of fun, VERY tough and I have not found the key (YET) to a victory. It was a fitting gift in the light of my devious machinations. I'm greatful...WB ------------------ In Arduis Fidelis Wild Bill Wilder Coordinator, Scenario Design Matrix Games

It is on my list to do, after redoing U to r, WF. Looks interesting though, maybe I will take a break from being slautered by the master and try it. Doom

Heehee, this time you will still get slaughtered, just not by WB! WB: The only "key to victory" I know is to CHEAT! How to deal with those "big boys" is something I never figured out! Don

OK Don & Fabio, you guys have been learning to much from the master! I took a break from Wild Bills campaign and tried task force Wilder. A Draw, OK I will not spoil it for anyone else, lets JUST ask you sure WB did not build this one, it has his smokin finger prints all over my wrecks and dead bodys. And no I did not stop the BIG boys, did immoblize one though with artilliary. Have to give one of my M10 commanders some credit, he went toe to toe with an jagdpanther for four turns and held that force up until the other one worked its way around and killed with a side shot. GOOD LUCK to all that play this one! Doom

Don and Fabio, Thanks for creating a scenario that made me feel like a kid again. It spanked me and put me to bed Seriously though, it's a great scenario and after 4 attempts I've only made it to a draw. Guess I'll have to get a little sneakier. ------------------ USMCGrunt -When it absolutely, positively, has to be destroyed overnight.
