Status: offline 		Never played the board game. They look similar at least in interface and layout but are they two different games?

And is weather simulated - rain and snow?

Status: offline 		OB:TSFR is a division level game, this is a squad level game. Only thing in common is East Front and 3D units.

Operation Barbarossa is similar to Panzer General and Panzer Corps. It's a fun operational level strategy game with a full campaign.

Status: offline 		Op Barb is about as complex as the old Panzer General. A pleasant tactical exercise, but don't expect that historical feeling or fidelity. Also, quite easy to build scenarios and campaigns. CoH, I am afraid to do more than add some units at this point

Yes, division-level but feels more tactical to me.
