It's a PBEM against Djames, AE - mod where

1) IJN attacks manila instead of pearl

2) US has a japan first policy,

i) sends wasp and ranger to pacific
ii) sends the lend-lease planes to pacific (not soviets)

yep.. and it gets worse.. not allowed to expand AC like you are in scen 1, or build huge numbers of them

at least.. you can use babs/dinah for naval search and mavis for torpedo

(well a few of them.. mavis is pretty expensive in this production model)

any ideas to save my empire?
