So, what do you think they are saying in the thread that is restricted to us?

Bullwinkle says they are exchanging recipes.

However, I've been through this before. The other time this happened was in a game I played vs. John III. At the time, Japan was about to invade India. I had no idea, since it was 1944 and obviously nobody invades India in 1944. Meanwhile, I had the entire Allied carrier fleet moving from Oz to India (I don't recall why, now, but probably it was to join and then escort an invasion fleet). The two massive carrier forces were on a collision course, promting readers of our AAR to start their own thread. (Ultimately, the carriers somehow missed each other).

Of course, we know the Japanese aren't invading India in our game. And we know the Allied carriers aren't moving from Oz to India. So I don't know what might have prompted this outburst from our readers.

Maybe they are highly satisfied by our writing and wish to express their admiration?

I think they are discussing our choise of avatars. I win.

This is the first time Im involved in an AAR with actual readers. So Im overcome with stage fright. My AAR-posts are more or less turning into incoherent ramblings of umm...uhh... etc. Sometimes with pictures.

I really doubt we are about to have a CV clash though, since you must have emptied yours of aircraft for some reason. Perhaps it is that human wave of chinese troops you are unleashing that is catching their attention. I know it caught my attention.

Are you a beer-man or a wine-man by the way?

Shows you what you know. We are actually having an intellectual discussion on aircraft recognition charts. We are trying to decide which one is a Betty.

Japanese are stereotypically near sighted.

As for what we are discussing: I think I prompted it with a question about the propriety of discussing your game in one of the threads. Both of you are giving details of your thoughts. I thought the discussion might help me understand strategy. Mostly, I was busting a gut to talk.

I think that was the highest resolution I could find. However, I have a good Internet tip here. If you have an image, and want to know if it is unique, or if there is a bigger copy, or if somebody is using one of your images without your permission (listen up photographers!). Upload a copy of the image here http://www.tineye.com/ and you can search the whole interwebs for any image. Just be careful on searching for any of GreyJoys penguin images

The hardest stuff I drink is IBC Root Beer. In glass bottles chilled in ice in a cooler for ten hours while we're hiking in the mountains, that stuff is just spectacularly good.

Somehow I pictured you sucking on a lemon, like you know who in the Blue Ridge. Another image shattered.

IBC is so good I'll drink it even though I don't like root beer as a genre.

IBC rootbear is about the best thing on earth when you are Longlining in June-Sept. Ice cold, in the bottle of course. The next best thing is a shower, followed by Ice cold water. Hope my hand heals soon so i can get back to fishing, been sitting around the house so long im getting stir-crazy.

Must have hit the Root Beer storage, all that carbonation probably would make quite an explosion, I don't think it would burn, but it sure would make a sticky mess!
