Helo, I finished to read the manual!
Iam testing now the acquired knowledge in the game.
First, I have some troubles in the unit information screen.

Below the name of the unit upper right,
two numbers appear for example,s page 182 of manual said
(57/90)

They wrote is its the total number of non-disabled and disabled elements as percentage.
but..what does it mean? 90% are disabled? 57% are non-disabled?

next, under the unit composition support (56)x86
86 is the number of support squads I guess. Then, what is 56?

86 is the number of support squads I guess. Then, what is 56?    (56)  86  Thise means you have (56) disabled squads and 86 operational ones.

Base value to Japan : 18(3)    If this is from a base intel screen its victory points for Japan

I could be wrong on these but pretty sure about these two.  The others not for sure maybe a screen shot of them.  If I am wrong someone will correct me.

good luck

Each location in the game has an unimproved victory value. This is then modified by improvements in airbase and port size. So, in your example, 18(3), the location has an unimproved victory value of 3 and a modified value of 18. Were the airfield or port size to be expanded, the victory value would increase in increments of 3 to 21(3), 24(3) etc.

is it not possible to reduce the size of the green square?
Im playing the coral sea for a test, the green square should be smaller than the global scenario (red square).

I think Docup has already explained.

87/100 means that 87% of the unit is fit and ready for action. 13% is not ready for action.
If you look at the unit composition, you have (5) 31 Engineers. This means out of a total complement of 36 Engineers, 31 are ready for action, 5 five are 'disabled' and and need to be 'repaired'. The same goes for the support troops.

So (5) squads of engineers, and (5) squads of support are disabled and this is reflected in the 87/100 line.
13% of the unit is unfit for action.

Also note that the unit has NO supplies. A minimum of 74 tons of supplies are needed for this unit to operate at 100%.
If this is not rectified, more and more squads of the unit will become disabled, and if no supply is received in the long term, the disabled elements will slowly be destroyed.
