The online shops of the above companies sell our games of course too.

Marc and the Matrix gang,
About time you guys finally got smart and decided to go with marketing games through good old brick-and-mortar stores. I for one am of that old school of purchasing. I had been looking for SUDG at my local EB after reading a post on this SUDG forum that it was being sold there. After a thorough search of the shelves I didn't see it, but I did find "Hearts of Iron" and after perusing the games forums I decided to buy it. Instant gratification as I took it home and loaded it up, no stinking waiting two weeks or more for the game to come in the mail after I send my check out.

Never, ever underestimate the power of impulse purchasing!

Well, it´s not that we never wanted to sell in retail stores but unless these retail stores are not interested in your product you don´t have a chance to find place on their shelves ;).

Bottomline is, after month of hard work we got lucky and EB and others approached us and sayed "Hey, give of some copies of your games, we want to sell them" and not " Dear EB games, we here at Matrix decided it´s time we grant you the honor to be retail dealer for our blessed products" ;)

It´s all the guys that ordered through our E-Store that made EB and others aware of a well selling game they can make a few bucks with ;)

Maybe you should have asked the sales rep.

Yes! Always, always ask the sales rep about a game that you want to support. Even if they don't get it in...it's in their head. A few people ask, maybe they start stocking a copy. Keep that distribution chain going....
