PROBLEM with Automation in late game (Uploaded)

There is an apparent problem with automation in a late game. Basically at some point of the game it suddenly starts to extremely lag, all research is stalled, all private ships do nothing, auto taxation and other options stop to work as well. Usually it goes after I conquer enemy's capital planet.

I have no idea how to resolve this in my mod. I have checked every inch of it, for almost a month now. I have found that if I remove race using editor, then everything goes normal again. But after a while it repeats.

Please HELP!

PS. I played with storyline on&off with victory conditions on&off in all 4 cases game bugs. With storyline off however bug happens only after i conquered 3 enemy homeworlds

It is technical problem the game's compatibility with mods, not problem with mod itself.

Hi Tyrador,

If a mod is involved, the possibilities become almost endless as to what the issue could be. You could upload a save file and a copy of your mod to the uploads directory on our FTP (per the pinned thread in this forum) and we'll take a look as soon as we can. Please note that we're on vacation now, including Elliot, so it will take some time before we're able to look at anything.
