An enemy TF has appeared on the map. I'm guessing it's a small scout-type boat and I'm going to chase it down.

An Allied minelayer has shown up at Rockhampton and I'm guessing it's laying a minefield there. I'm going to send a sub to the hex in
the green and let him babysit the port. I don't expect much traffic from Rockhampton and may have to move the sub eventually.

You know..........if Jim would send me his moves sometime soon, we wouldn't have to worry about this AAR going to page 2 and out of sight. But if I post something, like *this* post, then it automatically flips to the first thing on the first page. Cool.

My surface raiders get lucky at Midway. I didn't need to send all the big guns for this AM but I didn't know that before I launched.

Wake has been almost out of fuel for about a week now and here finally today, is receiving a big 18K slug of fuel. So there will be
enough fuel to give Midway a problem for a while. I'll have to keep in mind that Wake is a big fuel user, being so busy with ships in and
out of there all the time. I'm thinking of making Wake my forward sub base but I'd rather wait until the port level is about 3 or so. The
airfield isn't a problem, it's level 3 already so I'm thinking of expanding the port first.

Miri is bumping up against the fuel limit for that location so I'm going to leave production of the refinery off for a while until the fuel level is
more like 11K or so. Another reason to expand the port and or air field. To be able to store more goodies.

I've been in and out of the AAR in the past couple of weeks. Have you given up the notion of invading Midway?

I'd really like to be able to do it. The problem is the troops......I'm going to have to save up enough PP's to buy one from General
Defense HQ or somewhere and that'll cost about 800+ PP's and right now I've got 1714 PP's and I'm looking for the right opportunity
to spend them on something worthwile like another division, at least, for Midway.

I turned up the output of the NavalYard and MerchYard and accellerated another CVE and I need to keep an eye on that, but the HI's
are flowing and in the home islands the amount of resources increased again for another day and it looks like the economy will be in
the black for about another 33 days. Or so. After that it's anybody's guess. I'm new at this and haven't ever played this far into the
game and have yet to experience running out of anything more major than oil for Rangoon and Bangkok. Production to both of them
is shut off in the way of oil refineries being shut down because of the chronic lack of oil for both of them. I'll have to look into the idea of
shipping oil to them somehow somewhen.

TF 7 is three TK's and an escort and I'm thinking I need to use them to move that 60K lump of oil at Cam Ranh Bay to Pescadores. Use
them for that specific link in the chain that constitutes the oil pipeline from here to Tokyo. And other TK's will be in other links. Just to
move specific goodies to the next hub. Simple rules, complex behavior. On the edge of chaos. I would explain my thinking in the margin but the margin is too small to contain it.

I fueled up about 5 AO's in a row bam bam bam and ran Truk out of fuel. All Truk has now are supplies. D'oh. There are fuel
shipments on their way to Truk, they just haven't arrived yet. I'll put some info together about that and get back to you.

As you can see most of the ships parked at Truk are loading supplies and there's one ship unloading fuel but the ships that are headed
for Truk carrying fuel are many. And some of them aren't all that far away. Soon Truk will be swimming in fuel again.

TF 29 is one of the larger TF's I have. Something like 25 ships big and can load up to 105K supposedly. It's parked at Christmas Island
IO right now and is loading resources. It's going to clean out the island of it's resources probably. I'll have to look into where the
resource producers are and get back to you.

Here's where the resources are. Some of these cities are already located at the home islands and aren't helpful being on the list. And
some of the cities are those I'm already using, but some of them I hadn't considered and should from now on. Some of these cities have
a substantial LI industry there as well and aren't really good sources for me. I'll have to take that into account when I look for good
sources of resources. I'll get back to you. I gotta cut and paste something together for that.

So um.....if you exclude all those cities that are already attached to the home islands and therefore don't count in the list, and those
cities that aren't good sources because they have less resource centers than LI industries, then what you're left with is the good stuff
and these are the good sources for resources:

Have I showed you this already? Zamboanga got some port damage so now all the ships that are stood down there are stood down
permanently until the port gets repaired I guess. Unless this is a bug in the game engine or something. You the player can't change
the status of the ships that have 0 days left to repair from stood down. So I guess I need to get some engineers in there to repair the
port still so the ships can be let free.

It looks like Jim may be invading the Marshall island chain. Or maybe not. Either way, there's an Allied TF south of Kwajalein headed
west and that's where my major shipping lanes are. D'oh. My carriers are out of place of course. It's going to be about a week before I
can get any appreciable amount of air power to this area so Jim will run free for about a week I guess. Maybe I can salvage something
from this.

I've got this situation, west of Samatra. I'm chasing this one Allied ship and from the moving we've done so
far I've figured out it's a small ship, maybe an AM, and my AO is moving north w/ some fuel because I think I've decided to chase this one
at least a little bit more. See what we find. Anyway, the DD's are grouping up, giving chase, he's probably low on gas by now so this may
be over with here shortly.
