Is there any reason that I shouldn't play the MCs on a H2H installation? Will it affect the MCs at all?
I was just trying to keep the number of SPWAW folders down :)

You can't, you need a seperate normal SPWAW installation in order to play MC because H2H alters the OOB's, sounds and picture files. Thats why it was suggested to make the H2H a seperate installation that way it wouldn't alter the configuration of the original SPWAW.
