Thank you for all guy.
I take a lot of time to write English.
Therefore I do the answer in a mass.

I feel hungry when I talk about the food.

The Japanese curry is considerably different from the Indian curry.
Japanese always do strange remodeling for the food of other countries.

Most of us use curry roux.
This is because the Japanese family has only a few kind of spice.
And The Japanese curry is not so hot.
Because we feed children curry and rice, we are not often hot in it.

We can very easily cook the curry and rice which I use the curry roux into.

1. sauté(fly?) vegetables and meats
2. simmer it for 20 minutes.
3. Put roux, and simmer it for long time.

It is 6-year-old time that I learned how to make curry.

Salt…
Japanese meal has much salt.
Japan can easily use salt because I am surrounded by the seas.
However, in late years salt decreased. It is because people are careful about health.

Meat…
We use three kinds of meat in Japan.
Beef, pork, chicken
We eat other meat. However, there are few them.

It is beef to be used for curry best.
Pork and the chicken are used well, too.
I like beef curry.

The “Tonkatu” curry and rice is popular so that CC says.
Furthermore, there is the food called the “curry udon”, too.

Chofu… Chofu of Tokyo ?
I live in the west, and I do not know a lot about east geography.

The photograph is curry roux.

When you say "boil", I think you mean "simmer".

Toughen those kids up and make it hot!

simmer is right.
English of cooking is difficult...

I like slightly hot things. However, I do not like the spice except a red pepper and the pepper.
More Japanese will have to feed children spice since they were small. But it is good to be able to eat a dish without spice.
There is "kaiseki" among them. It excludes any wasteful seasoning and we enjoy almost the tastes of materials themselves. It is high class dish in Japan. And in the beginning of the new year, we eat "osechi." It is one of the traditional dishes for the new year in Japan.

If I will remember, I will take a photograph of "osechi."

Battle of Port Moresby

I intended to let 4th Div strike Port Moresby.
Because, I knew that there were not his carriers near.
His carriers were witnessed near Wake.
However, he sent reinforcement to Port Moresby, too…

1/3/1942
Two xAK burnt by the bombing of the enemy. They are not saved.
And I found his TF.
I judged that his TF was weak. (However, this judgment was a mistake.)
Then, I divided surface TF into two.
I think that few ships is better at battle of the night of this game.

I made a mistake.
CL Kashima have included in (2)TF
CL Kashima and CL Katori is very slow, but Since they were preceded by a battleship, I think there is no problem.

1/4/1942
Battle of Port Moresby

War potential
Allied Ships
CA Pensacola, CA Australia, CA Canberra, CL Perth, two DDs
Japanese Ships
(1)BB fuso, BB yamashiro, CA furutaka, DD
(2)CA Kako, CL Kashima, two DDs
(3) Amphibious CL katori, DD

Result
Allied Ships
1 CA sink, 1 CL sink, 1 DD sink. 1 AM sink, 4 xAKLs shink
Japanese Ships
CA Furutaka half damage.
4 xAK sink (Including victims of bombing or landing)
Damage was not small.
However, Port Moresby is an important place.
Some sacrifices are unavoidable.

Do you know:
4th Div has long history(since 1888). Although 1888 became an army division, it is fighting from the time of Southwestern Rebellion. Moreover, it is famous as an army division of Osaka. Headquarters were near Osaka Castle. The building of headquarters still remains.
I lived in Osaka for six years. Therefore, I like and employ 4th Div. There is the big graveyard of the army in Osaka Persons who belonged to many 4th Div is sleeping in “Sanadayama” graveyard of the army. “Yukimura Sanada” made the “yama(hill)” for the battle in 1614. Therefore, it is called the Sanadayama. The grave is a very important place to learn the history. I visited this grave to learn the history. This is a photograph at that time.

What does the statue of Yukimura Sanada hold in his right hand?
The graves look very old - what is the range of dates (years, oldest and most recent) on the graves?

It is “saihai” which he has.
The commander command by motion of “saihai”.
Now, it came to call commanding saihai in Japanese.

It is 1871 that this graveyard was made.
It is the very first grave which the Japanese army manages.

Now, Probably the oldest gravestone is 1873.
Because it is to 1945 that there was the Japanese military, the new thing will be 1945.
A joint grave might be made newly .
There is gravestones approximately 5000.

The Japanese people neglect the protection of the history thing.
This photograph is a gravestone broken by bad Japanese people.
I am sad.

:China
china is chaos

I occupied sian. And I gave a blow in the northern part of China.
However, the offensive of the enemy began in the southern part.

:Do you know
Sian was a Chinese capital.

When Christ was born, we did not have a letter.
We were called "wa" at that time.
We were still 100 countries at that time.

Then several hundred years passed. We gathered around "Kinki(west Japan)".
They were called "yamato".

We wrote a letter to the Chinese emperor of sian.
"Dear The sunset emperor

-----Omission-------

The sunrise emperor,

...
Chinese emperor is very angry.
lol

When sian was a Chinese capital, all these happened.
And it is written down to the Chinese history book.

There are us to the east of China.
"nippon(Japan)" means the place where the sun rises.
Our flag comes from the morning sun, too.

I have the respect for the Chinese history.
If I occupy sian, I will spend all my time investigation the history.
It is a my dream that I travel in sian.

New Guinea and Islands:

I enlarged the territory while running risk.
I occupied Tulagi and Luganville.
KB finally arrived at the Pacific.
I protected a transportation warship so far in BBs and CACLs.

I think that some were lost if his carriers come.
However, he did not know that my KB was unusable.

Kidou Butai:
I intended to show him KB soon.
I think that I want to do him passively.
I wish he installs carriers in the port.

I felt that his reconnaissance of Australia was light.
Therefore I intend to make a surprise attack on him.
After the wake capture, I strike sydney or Brisbane.

Do not worry too much about the planes at Ambon at this time. Early in the game, Allied planes are not a match for the A6M2 or Oscar, and their pilots have no experience. You can sweep Ambon for several days and then send in some bombers to close the airfield.

Yes.
And the power of their bomber is not big.
However, I decided to attack it in February.
I saw much CAs there.
Escorts and units are insufficient now.

AAR are some late, and it is February now

There are not many meanings in the Midway island.
However, I think it to be good as a method to invite out an enemy.

How you evade carriers of the enemy is a problem.

Well done regarding Singapore. And Brisbane or Sydney is next? That will be a big surprise, I think.

Yes, I was living in Chofu of the Tokyo metropolitan area. I've also lived in Ebisu. Where do you live?

By the way, my picture comes from Truk Lagoon. I went diving there in 1998 for five days. I personally dove 11 of the wrecks in the lagoon, including the Shinkoku Maru, Rio de Janeiro Maru, Nippo Maru, Heian Maru (AS) and the Fujikawa Maru.

Cheers,
CC

Oh, OK.
Tokyo is very nice & big city!

I live in Shikoku Island.
Shikoku has population of 4 million.
Of the four islands large of Japan, population is the smallest to Shikoku.
9 million people live in only Tokyo's 23 Special wards.

Nice photo!
I would like to go to Truk.
but, I am sick and cannot do diving.

Osechi appears to be a delicious feast! One of the things I like about Japanese food is that it is always beautifully arranged and presented.

The New Year is a day special for Japanese. It is like Christmas. Usual dishes are not beautiful.
But it is a fact that Japanese people value appearance.
