I had consolidated my Russian air assets, leaving an extra Air Army HQ available for use elsewhere. Figured I'd stash it in the Moscow Air Command for now, and accidentally attached it to Moscow MD instead. Ever since (several turns now), it is stuck on trains with zero MPs, and no ability to re-attach it to a different HQ, air or ground. See below.

The best I can do is a save from about 5-6 turns before. Don't know if it helps, but here it is for what it's worth. 5th Air Army is still in North Caucasus Front.

May be related. My Northwest Air HQ has dissapeared. Its showing as Eliminated in my T89. Same turn as the SU/HQ bug hit me.

I opened my T89 and found this. My Northwest Air HQ gone. All my Northwest AB are now attached to the Front HQ whose commander has a Air rating of 1!
