And what about aircrafts that are already out of production #? Does they scrapping begin immediately from 1st turn little by little or how?

Yes, unless you use them in air groups.

Status: offline 		Aircraft are scrapped through combat too bad it costs morale and experience of the airgroups. But early upgrades cost a lot of AP, which are more needed for building corps.
