As the megatile has increased from 120 to 192 pixels, I suppose map size has to be a multiple of 192 (and no more 120)? Trying 5CC, I get an information that my map is not a multiple of 120.

when you create a new map there is a drop down menu where you can select which game your map is for.
If you select PitF, then it's 192 per deployment tile.

If you want to convert an older CC map to PitF format, you will have to increase the size of the bgm/tga by a the ratio of the % difference between the old and new pixel format. I don't recall exactly but comes out to a 66 or 67% increase (or maybe it's as simple as 120/192, or 62.5%?). This way you don't have to recode the whole friggin' map and can just scale the next text size accordingly. Think this may solve the tile problem.

40 deployment tiles is the maximum you can have for any one dimension (width or height). I see you're trying 43.  5CC may be failing for this reason but giving you a generic error message for incorrect map size.

The map size (in deployment tiles) should be 4224/192 = 22 x 5184/192 = 27. But the 5CC dialog box says 35 x 43 (which seems to be using 120 pixels per deploy tile). Can you change those values yourself to 22 x 27, so they are correct? Beause the "map size in pixels = 6720x8256" info that it is showing below the Width and Height entries is correct for 192 pixels per deploy tile.

I can change the values of the tiles but the pixels values will also change. When the graphic is loaded, the map doesn't fill the workscreen.

Hi Manu,
sorry for the trouble, it was a bug of mine, persisting there since one year. Now fixed, new version v1.21 online at http://cc2revival.npage.de/cc2revival.html

Cheers and good luck for your EastFront-project!
