Your question is very timely. I have been thinking to post some statistics after april is finished. Stay tuned!

Don't expect too much though. I think I am playing quite historically (fuel shortage...). I do have some ideas of what type of aircraft research I should pursue.

1. Merchant shipyards have an abundance. Either turn off some shipyards to save HI or accelerate some TK's. Stop small AK's, look to the larger AK's (Std-A/B) for conversion to TK's.
2. Arm - Turn off some (about 300) and monitor
3. Veh - build up to 200-250

Other misc.

Can't glean important area / Industry specific info from this screen (maybe get Tracker up and working)

Thanks, I will post some more information later.

I have no longer any surplus in merchant shipbuilding as I am acccelerating some TKs.

I need to look into armament and vehicle factories.

Pilot losses are not that high regarding naval fighter bomber pilots (in total 500 pilots KIA so far).

Worst losses so far: five heavy cruisers, five large AOs and two army divisions destroyed in northern China.

Enemy has lost all eight US battleships at PH, PoW & Repulse, CV Enterprise and Lexington and numerous cruisers (incl Boise).

Optimum size for R&D is 30.

Your ops losses are really high ... almost 50% on the Zero. Prolly need to watch your pilot fatigue. Too many LR Escort missions and too little rest .... this also is why your fighter losses are so high ... You are 1:1.35 ... (470:650). Ouch!

WOW!!!!!


I have never done that well ... actually I haven't even gotten close. Generally I consider "good" to be Force Z + 2 BB's.

Both Tone and Chikuma are fine (they belong to KB1 and KB2). Tone did a raid at Colombo two weeks ago and engaged four enemy cruisers and survived. The two CLs with her did not...

1941
Suzuya and Kumano sunk off Palembang by Swordfish TB
Takao sunk off Singkawang (enemy lost CA Houston, CL Boise and one BR CL as well)

1942
Myoko sunk at small port east of Batavia by two US DD (hit by 40+ 5inch shells and two torpedoes)
Kako sunk at Palmyra port due to coastal artillery fire (155mm) from Xmas island.

Actually I always use at least 10% rest setting for every fighter unit. I also commit few LR CAP efforts, and also rest entire sentai/daitai. But it has been quite a few air battles and I suppose many ops losses are actually aircraft written off due to damage.

ALERT: Enemy continue to attack ground units NE Dacca with fighters and bombers.
ALERT2: single DD raid: Free French DD Le Triomphant was sunk by DB east of Ambon. 1-2 xAK lost.
