Alright, I'm happy to pull together lists like this for each of the 3 major powers; This is all the ships of cruiser size and larger in active service as of 1/1/1920, and those under construction. The to be laid down is ships that will be laid down by the end of 1920, so it can be assumed that they are already 'in process' contractually.
