There was this Mexican semi-automatic Rifle designed by general Manuel Mondragón. It began mass-production in early XX century, and there was over 1 million Rifles produced. It had problem with mud, and wet, so was not really suitable for front-line use. I have found that few of them were delivered to Philippiness Resistance (probably small number, and I have no idea how they were delivered under Japanese occupation), but much larger number was sold to China, during initial clashes with Japan (enough for substantial number to be taken by Mao forces, after won civil war). Even Japan got license production, and made around 5000 Rifles. So... anyone have exact numbers, and delivery dates? This is semi-automatic, so this is whole 0.5 Soft-Attack point. Just thing about Chinese firepower (after Mao forces got them, they were used as sniper rifles, so whole 1 point per squad )!
