I was building a few ships when another pirate empire's relic ship showed up and damaged my space port. Since then, construction at the space port has stopped despite the base having been repaired and no resource shortage messages. I'm not allowed to remove any of the ships from the construction queue.

I'm not sure if the enemy had gravitic weapons, but is it possible such weapons, or just tractor beams, could have 'nudged' my ships out of place and prevented my station from finishing them? It's either that or the damage to the station somehow caused this( despite now being repaired).

I've uploaded a save game: Raap 31.05 ConstructionHalted.dwg.

In that same game, you can see how my gas mining ships can't be bothered working. One of them will sometimes take a trip, but it's rare.
