Surprised they didn't include the incendiary bats the US developed to fire bomb Tokyo. Or the balloon bombs japan tried to use against the US.

The second picture is not the Dora or Gustav firing it looks to be a 28cm railroad gun.

What I read about the Soviet dog bombs was that the dogs dig not distinguish between Soviet or German tanks. So the program was stopped pretty quick.

That would have been a good inclusion, since they were responsible for the only WWII war fatalities within the United States proper. (Alaska and Hawaii were not states at the time.)

Actually it was stopped because the dogs were trained on Soviet tanks, which used a different fuel than those of the Germans; the dogs would naturally follow the smell of the tanks they were trained on: the Russians!

And yes, that program was stopped pronto.
