Is anyone else getting crashes in the latest patch?

I've had no crashes in 19.0.5, except in certain circumstances in which I know a crash is likely, such as tabbing out of the game while trying to load a game.

I just had another one in a test game....I was using a mod so now I'm gonna run another test game without a mod. This is the report:

It appears to be a mod issue since I unloaded the mod and have played to the year 2144 with no errors. Previously the error would crop up between 2117 and 2122.
