POST two :
AS i spent an hour typing the original bug notice...only to be advised that my
time was expired and the message was purged...leads to this series of posts
being copy-paste from Notepad.
The grand campaign of Germany vs the world was undertaken[solitaire].
I finally have decided
to dedicate sufficient time to play and understand? the game.
Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Rumania, Italy, Hungary are established
as HUMAN controlled.

ok, so NO Vichy.
The French fleet continues to be a pestance. I suppose i can live with this.
but wait.
The capture of Paris...Feb 16...allowed Italy to Declare War. Good, i feel.
Additional resources under my guiding hands. I can now prepare and advance
the cause in Yugoslavia.

Alas, the Italian "LAND DOCTRINE" is NOT changed from the start of the game.
I believe it was at zero ...in reference to a peaceful country. Even the
Yugoslav unit in Skopje can KILL the hapless adjacent Italian.
WORSE...there appear to be some 6 French units advancing on TRIPOLI.
The Brits are advancing from the west.
It quickly becomes apparent that the North Africa campaign will NEVER happen
as Italy is quickly eliminated from Africa. What a dunce Benito would then
feel . NEVER!!!!

ok, so now we need to watch and defend the Italian coast with GERMAN troops.
It is discovered that German dive bombers are somewhat effective against ships
in the vicinity of the Italian coasts. There are losses...but the repair costs
for ships far outstrips the cost of bomber repair. Also, a successful bomb run
can do upwards of 10 damage points to shipping. IMPRESSIVE ! A bomber repair
costs maybe 3 PP...while each ship point damage can cost 10+ . A VERY GOOD
trade-off for the German/Italian peoples.

Feeling penalized....
a) having to irradicate the French mainland army (lots of German air damage)
b) continuing pestilence of French navy units
I again use the F12 key to reset German PP an additional 250 PP.

I remain uncertain if this is a FAIR correction. I do now possess ALL of
Mainland France. Those juicy southern French cities are brimming with PP
production. but wait, Is there something i am missing? Do these southern
French cities produce at FULL PRODUCTION or is there some adjustment for
captured cities prior to the country being completely captured and surrendered.
and...WHAT about Paris production? ok, so my production increased by 70 PP
per turn upon the capture of Paris. How does this compare with perhaps partial
production of French PP from captured cities for the remainder of the game.
oops! another BUG issue.
I remain unclear about such.
Also, French Africa continues to contribute war contraband to the allied cause.
This is a travesty of what should happen.
