Status: offline 		So i have begun the great offensive against Japan in Downfall. Its late November 1945 and i have secured Bangkok, Saigon, Canton, Hong Kong, Formossa and Nagasaki(yes, its my modded version were the B52s have crushed the enemy in Nagasaki).

Were do i get my base engineers from so i can get the ports(and in Nagasakis case airport)? I cant reduce aircrews or groundcrews in Manilla because then that base will not operate. Same goes for Pearl Harbor.
Taking units from the West coast?
