Possible bug?

I am a long time solo ATG player.

I am currently patiently working on my own WWII scenario (>500 hrs), for 2 human players (I have convinced a friend into playing when it's done.)

During testing (fog of war turned off) I accidentally clicked on an enemy unit and found I could change its loss and supply settings. I could also change the DOAS supply for enemy aircraft. The INTC setting cannot be changed.

I tried starting a random game vs the AI and same thing - loss, supply and DOAS settings could be altered for enemy units.

I am using version 211. Downloaded the latest 215c beta and experienced the same thing.

With the fog of war on, this does not happen. Still it does seem odd.

Sounds like a major bug.

Try downloading the 2.15i version, maybe that will fix it?

Thank you for the suggestion, Ernie.

I tried 2.15i but the problem remains, both with my scenario and with a random game.

I must say, apart from this issue, ATG has proved remarkably flexible and stable and is a credit to its designer.

Wow, good catch, I never had this happen myself but I always play with fog on. Does this happen with every enemy unit on the map or only the ones in close contact with your own forces?

It affects every unit on the map regardless of distance.

I have the same bug (15c). I was curious and I tested now. I have never played without fog of war.

Thanks for spotting this. Its amazing how long after release and how many games played myself as well some things can sneak under the radar. I am making a note for the next patch after 2.15.

I also deduce nobody plays pbem with fow off so far ;)
