In an earlier post I noted one overlooked bug. I believe Vic has another version coming, so I thought I might as well list everything I noticed that is either a little buggy or I found confusing. All of these are really minor, but a couple of them caused to me backtrack to previous saves until I figured out what was happening. 1. In the editor, if you press the + or - key on the numeric keypad it will zoom the map in or out. However if you do this, the save button becomes greyed out. Workaround is to press the main button and go back to the scenario screen and then immediately click on the edit button. This puts you back in the editor and restores functionality to the save button. Took me a while to figure that out and I stopped using the keypad, obviously. 2. In the editor, if you wish to create a naval unit at sea, pressing enter instead of entering a valid regime number generates an unhandled exception error. Perhaps there could be a check for invalid or null number entry. 3. In the editor Res tab you can adjust the reseach cost of each technology individually for each people. I used this facility to change a couple of tech costs but kept losing the changes. The problem was I was using a button which reads "Set all to pplgroup0". Hover the mouse over this button and a message appears at the top of the screen reading "clicking this button sets costs for all pplgroups equal to that of the first peoplegroup". Possibly due to my own poor comprehension I thought this meant that the selected Research field would set the cost for all people to be the same as for people 0. However in fact it changes every one of the 130 odd research fields to the cost for people 0. If the Button label read "Set ALL research fields to be equal to pplgroup 0" this would remove the chance of misunderstanding. 4. In the game, it is possible to transfer V-Rockets onto a carrier. Ideally this couldn't be done. The game does not check the transfer capacity, so it is possible to exceed the carrier's carrying capacity. If this happens the carrier cannot move, the rockets can't move and you can't disband the rockets or the carrier. So it just sits there providing some target practice for your opponent. 5. In the game, click on statistics and select the Totals tab. If you have produced a lot of items a scroll bar appears so you can look through the list. However once you release the mouse the scroll function becomes disbabled. The scroll bars on the Kills and Losses sections work fine.
