You know, amigos, we just triggered the home islands emergency reinforcements by capturing Horycrappo-jima.

This is from an old thread by Bullwinkle. Not sure if has changed or might even be worse in Scenario 2.

I take it there are no air units that arrive as emergency reinforcements (other than the clock ticking on Kamikazes)?

You should do great with all those extra units!

A spec buyer bought the house next door with the $10K mailbox. They yanked out all the flooring, the kitchen, the bathrooms, redid everything inside and then jacked the price up $800K .

I hope it works. The only thing is the ground keeping crew threw all the olive tree clippings over the fence onto my side yard. It is a bit of a wilderness up there. Evidently they thought I wouldn't notice. I threw everything back over the fence. I think they got the message. A life is spared.

Speaking of gardeners. SG tells me that PG had Saul the Mexican gardener with the Jewish name come over and fertilize. I know, big deal, right? Well, yeah, but I'm not talking about the grass. Now she can't get rid of him. He's like a love-sick perrito. The even funnier part is her ex is still paying the landscape maintenance bills. I realize this sounds like I am making this up but..honest "injun".

Seems like should get some kind of commission or finder's fee because I sent him over there for the yob in the first place.

This also offers insight into why the pool guy is over there 5 days a week.

Now is your chance to rip out the mailbox on your property.

I wonder what would happen if Essex and the two CVE's soon arriving in Oregon and Panama were to head NW instead of sailing half way around the world.

I would need a jackhammer. It's a $10K mailbox. Might even have structural steel.

Shikuka is buildable to level 9 and it's a clear hex so 2 regiments and some armor might be able to take it. Paramashiro would have to be suppressed on day 1. Shemya is buildable to level 7 but there are only 2 Inuits and a rotting narwhal carcass there now. I blame the staff for not realizing the nice new level 5 airstrip on Amchitka is too far away.

Also hard to get fighters in there. P-38's can make it but not the P-47's soon to arrive.

Air losses from 11th of May...some of them. No "ground losses" for IJN carrier planes so either no decks went under or everyone was in the air already on that CVE.

We lost 35 Hellcats..oh well..."the color of scarcity is green"

20 snazzy new A6m5's shot down and 94 Kates/Vals/Betty/Nell

Wasp is at 26 sys/ 49 flotation damage and can make 14 kts. I think we can save her but sub risk is acute. Try to cover her with Yorktown and LBA from Batan Is.

Is "Detcord" one or two words?

Also, if the military attack against Syria goes off, you could perhaps claim that the destruction of your neighbor's mailbox was underhanded vengeance by Assad's cronies.

I am pretty sure the HOA has some rule against exprosions.

Also, I am no longer angry at the guy. He just went through 18 months of domestic dispute calls to his house (two of which I was accidentally drawn up into), his wife bailed on him for another sugar daddy when the sugar ran out and he is stuck taking care of 3 kids 10-15 years old when he is at least 75 himself. Plus he either defaulted and went BK or wrote a check for a short sale.....merely for the transient thrill of being Mr. Bigshot with a 100,000 BTU outdoor grill, $10K mailbox and a reflecting pond. Maybe I should buy him a copy of AE for his birthday because he proably is not going to get laid for a while.

Now some REIT or investment company owns the place. If I have to have the neighbors mailbox on my side of the line for them to get $350 a sq ft then I am 100% behind it.

It would make an excellent rocket. I happen to know of some "propellant". All we need is a shovel or a post hole digger, and a few Cub Scouts around working on their rocketry belt loop

Since you looked it up, what was the flogging at Flodden all about, then?

King of the Scots tried to make trouble in Northumberland while the King of England has his lads in France trying to steal stuff from the King of France.

The guy under the car park was Richard III. I can never keep them all straight.

My favorite is Aethelred the Unready. He had an inspiration rating of 12.
