One of my victory conditions as the Haakonish is to intercept enemy intelligence missions. So far in my current game I've captured two enemy agents, but I still see 0% progress towards this victory condition.

In past games it has always shown who has captured the most intelligence missions in the galaxy directly below my count in the victory condition comparison screen. That was also missing, leading me to think this is a bug. And more likely than over 200 spies already being captured, which would be the minimum needed for my 2 captured to be rounded to 0% completion. =P
