2 questions about patch 2.2 - 1/17/2003 8:10:37 PM

Hi, just 2 quick questions :

- It seems to me that in previous versions, when you right-clicked on a hex, this would make the hex active, but would not open the window for whatever unit/tf/base was in the hex. In version 2.2, the windows opens, whether you left or right-click. It's a little annoying (I can live with it though ;))

- I thought I read somewhere that a date-sunk colum had been added to the ships sunk window. I see a side (navy) colum but no date. So, did I dream or is a column missing ?

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

You are correct on the right-clicking thing. You can avoid it opening up a window if you right click on the hex but not on the icon of anything in the hex. It takes some practice, especially in base hexes with a lot of task forces, but it can be done.

Date sunk wasn't added. Only which sied the ship belonged to was added.

And I'd love to see a listing of ships my subs sank, but I doubt THAT will happen either. :)

1. I'll check and see if that was intentional or just slipped by.

2. I have it on the list.

I asked the programmer and here is his response.

"Hello...

We made the change to bullet proof against a bug which could occur, using the old method. No changing back.

Bye...

Michael Wood"
