It appears that the dialog scroll bars have not been utilised for this dialog box.

When importing the Soviet Cam Ranh Bay AB to a scenario everything is okay.

Nice description. Horizontal scroll bar for the facility components.

I need to resize outwards for a better view and there is text cropping.

I need to resize inwards for a better view and there is text cropping.

And it would be great if we could resize the left panel. (Blue markers.)
