trying to download but I get error part way that I have problem sharing with conflict of bear

Could you post a screenshot of your error please or post the exact error text here?

Is the error during the download or during the installation?

I have the same problem. When I launch CoH I get

Security check failed. Please contact Matrix Games support for further information.

Yes I would appreciate some help. Not only doesn't the latest game work, but my other conflict of heroes purchases also don't work. I can't try reload as I no longer have my links to my earlier games.

Are you login to Windows via an with administrator privileges?

Yes I am an administrator. But I still can not install the game or play THE OTHER conflict of Heroes games I bought

Please try the following:
Uninstall Conflict of Heroes games starting by the expansions and finishing with the main game.
Check if the folder where the game was previously installed has some files left and please delete them.
Completely disable your anti-virus software. Start installing the base game, next Ghost Divisions and as last Storms of Steel.

Thank you, it worked though I had to install update of Bear before I added the other two Add ons. Thank you for the help

I've uninstalled, deleted the folder, turned of the firewall, reinstalled the base game and then I still get the sharing error when trying to install Storms of Steel. Can some one's who's got this game to work give more details on the sequence that worked. Which patches need to be applied to CoH? All in order v120, v130, v15 or just v15?
Do you patch before installing Storm? I've been trying all combinations. One resulted in Storm installing and being listed under Start/Programs, but when running it there was only the original game content. All other attempts give me the sharing error.

Disregard my last post. I had been turning off the firewall, but not the anti-virus by mistake. I've now got it running and looking forward to seeing those later-war tanks in action.
