The manual throttle setting has no effect on unit/group on a mission/rtb. No matter what setting you select, it always revert to the default value.

UI issue. Logged.

You can grab the slider and drag it to the position you want. You just can't click on the position you want to move the slider.

This is actually intended behaviour. If you want planes on missions to follow a throttle setting you must first plot a course for them
