Advance after combat when shattered

Im trying to learn the game and when I play Barbarossa scenario on solitaire I cant seem to advance into hex/cities I take when defenders are shattered.

The shattered defenders are still in the hex when Im trying to advance after combat and hence when Im trying to move my units into the hex the computer tells me I cant perform this kind of overrun.

Any ideas?

I have seen this before when I got a result of B. Had choice of removing the defender as a 'Shattered' result or retreating the defender. Decided to shatter the defender, but it didn't go away. It was NetPlay and my opponent saw the unit as removed. I could not advance after combat because the unit still existed. At end of combat the Sov unit was still on map. Using version 1.401

So I believe this issue now was more than rare occurrence. Will try and find/attach a save.

This is a NetPlay problem and I am able to reproduce it from my existing saved games.

Thanks Shannon. I will say out of all the frustration dealing with some MWiF bugs, nice to know you/somebody care Hope you getting compensate well for all the time you put in.
Any ETA as to a patch to fix this and the naval rebase bug my friend and I experience on an overrun of a port? Worried this situation will come up many times in my global game and no workaround for it?

Have you installed the latest update (version 1.0.5.0)? I know this is a problem in NetPlay mode but I have not encountered this in Solitaire mode; I'll double check.

I just tested solitaire. It works fine. (using 2D10)
