As a fellow Arsenal fan, I can only agree with your assessment to the point that ManU has been merely above average this season, and it's hard to argue that Sp*rs need Bale as an attacking option. The former is finding their form, though. Otherwise Chelsea look dangerous, and Man City will likely run up toward the top of the table in due course. But - Arsenal appear to have improved greatly. Mostly due to maturity, but they seem to have finally figured out how to keep control of a game, no matter where the opponent sits on the table. Ozil is fantastic, and only time will tell if Ramsey can maintain his form. We do have a lot of players coming back from injury too - Podolski and Walcott to name 2. And winning against BVB last night was proof that they can also win with determination, even if they aren't necessarily the best performers on the pitch (that day). This weekend will be interesting, and if they lose to ManU they still have the chance to beat City and Chelsea. I think they're all tight matches, regardless of which pitch they play on. quote:
ORIGINAL: shaddock As much of an Arsenal fan as I am, I must say that this year Arsenal has improved only a little bit. It's the other teams which have gotten that much worse in comparison.
