I've had to reformat my Pc therefore had to reinstall well that hasn't been as simple as i thought i get the menu option splash come up, but when i click on play i the message 'Command has stopped working' and the only option I get is close program.

One of the times I did get this message : -

I'm not sure what to do I do know i wouldn't install the .NetFrame work because I had a newer version already Installed.

I'd appreciate any help.

Im going to uninstall and try again in the meantime

Hello,

Can you please install manually the prerequisites? (folder \PreRequisites).

Thanks sunburn for the reply it wouldn't let me install the 4.0v as I had a newer version. Anyhow I reinstalled it then had some other error but thanks the Bluwolf we manage to fix it. It is now running again.
