Any one else hearing this sound loop from Mission Control as the game first starts? Has been going on since first release throught the latest version. Hope there is a new sound file to replace it!

Do you mean the "Go For LOI" voice loop? Yes, I believe that is designed, together with the imagery of Mission Control.
