What do players have their "User Preferences" and "Game Play Options" set for?

is it better to unchecked "Secure Transmission" and "Enable map flyover panel"?

Now for the Game Play Options, I always unchecked these,

Enemy Units and markers are always visible,

Emergency resupply is automatic,

Limited staff Rule is NOT in effect,

Allow browsing of enemy units,

So you see what I unchecked, what do other plays have their setup and why.

I have practically the same as you except I do have the emergency resupply is automatic checked.

I have the same basic "Game Play Options" setup when playing but for the "User Preferences" I don't think I've ever really paid much attention too.

I turn off (uncheck)
Enemy Units and markers are always visible
Limited staff Rule is NOT in effect

I like to browse the enemy forces once I've spotted them, and my micromanagement of supply is poor

Pretty similar to the OP I uncheck the following:

Enemy Units and markers are always visible

Emergency resupply is automatic,

Limited staff Rule is NOT in effect,

I leave browsing enemy units checked, but I don't do it particularly often when playing. Also in the game scale used (15+ minute turns) the spotting report will be more then just "TANKS!"
