Simple set up on this one. Blue Force is a helo carrier with four destroyer escorts, Red is some unknown submarines. Get Blue from the ocean to port with no losses.

Not sure if this is how you're supposed to do it, but I set all four destroyers to ping like crazy, then went top speed straight through the exercise area. The subs probably got the hell out of the way, and once we passed they wouldn't have been fast enough to get in behind the surface unit.
