We managed to play all the way to the second turn yesterday using NetPlay. This was indeed very nice. We did encounter a few problems, but nothing that we couldn't work around using autosaves. The problems we encountered are listed below and might have been reported before (I know that the surpise impulse port-strike has).

NetPlay Barbarossa 1.1.1.

1. Rebase overrunned naval unit digression. USSR naval move an INF to Hangö and than Land move to an undefended Helsinki. The Finnish ships there are overrunned but the Axis can not end the rebase digression phase.
2. Combat results not implemented. On a couple of occations GER got the 1/2 of the attacking forces flipped result, the units where choosen but the where not disorganizated after the combat phase. This happened 2 times so it might be easy to replicate.
3. Different Game Entry Number on autosaves
4. Surpise impulse Port-strike, can not choose second target (reported before)

On its own good news. One by one netplay bugs are fixed. Hopefully we can soon progress into the second turn of a Global War scenario.

If available, could you upload saved games (for both sides) for #1, #2, and #4.

I've tested #1 in general (e.g., overrunning Polish naval units in Global War), but the case you present could be quite different since a lot of the Baltic ports are not part of Barbarossa.

I'm pretty sure I can recreate #2, but having a saved game where I know it fails is always best.

I have tried to reproduce #4 on several occasions and it always works for me. Perhaps with your saved games I can figure out what is wrong.
