Status: offline 		Due to our increased workloads we are seeking to recruit 2 new full time team members to work from our offices at Epsom UK.

Producer:
• Knowledge of strategy games/wargames that are similar to the range of games in our catalogue is an advantage.
• You will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating and providing feedback to developers who submit new products to us for future release. This usually involves PC/MAC or Tablet formats.
• You will have the ability to analyse and identify both strengths and weaknesses in games being submitted and that are currently in development.
• You will communicating with our developer partners, on design issues and provide ideas on balance, fixes, UI and the myriad of other issues that arise, from initial concept stage to completion.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and tracking schedules to achieve release dates.
• You will be the primary point of contact between the developer and all other company departments, such as marketing, production and tech support.

Tech Support Assistant:
• Knowledge of strategy games/wargames that are similar to the range of games in our catalogue is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems is an advantage.
• You will be involved in problem solving (Troubleshooting) on a variety of games and platforms.
• You will be involved in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking and end users problems.
• You will have or be trained in organizational and customer service skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
• You will be required to work from home on rotation to provide week end support to our customers.
