It can be too late to continue requesting new things, but I don't lose anything with proving. It should be possible that the bigger the map the greater the VHs quantity ?. At the moment you can get 5, that which can be little for a scenario of 100 x 240 hexagons with 10000 points of troops. This at battle generator, of course. You can always design your own scenario but i'm so lazy ...

Like it big?

At the scen editor, after you've created that 10-size map, get in to the deployment. There is vhex-edit button. When you click that one where is german flag and some other, it shows in preferences,(down left?) vflags number, its value and description of what how it counts points. There is totally 20 flags what you can put in where you want. Easiest way to handle them is by setting first one and after you have done it, click 'n'- of your keyboard, as next. Then click that redflag to locate that flag number 2. With green flag you set up flags preferences, blue flag is for telling when flag is discovered. Could be tricky at the beginning, but easy to learn and use. mosh
