Status: offline 		I can't see new and old units in some cities,as Washington, Cairo, etc. It is a bug? I just see them if I put the mouse on in blue characters.

Status: offline 		Is it because they are inside the cities and towns?

Units outside a town is visible, those inside only show as a little number of the different stacks inside the town.
