This is the second installment of information for modding certain graphics in FPC. The vehicle and infantry unit silhouettes (sils for short) are seen on the counters, in the Operational Diary showing your forces, in the Subunits Display at the bottom of the game screen and also in the Sub-Unit Inspector. Standard Image Parameters: 1. Size: 128 pixels wide by 64 pixels tall. 2. Standard Color is gray scale. (Color is possible, see below). 3. The vehicle image should sit 2-3 pixels from the bottom and leave about 10 pixels at the top open to not cover other counter information. 4. Face the vehicle to the right. The game will flip player two direction automatically. 5. Save as BMP format. 6. Upper Left corner pixel is used to set the transparent color. This color will be removed when used. For the standard sils this is white (255,255,255). 7. The light interior color of the NATO Infantry sils is a very light gray (246,246,246). 8. The weapon on the Weapon Team is in a light gray box (246,246,246) that extends 3 pixels around the weapon designation. Color Images (Support for Modding, not in game) 1. Size: 128 pixels wide by 64 pixels tall. 2. 8 bit RBG color. We recommend using a gray background of (128,128,128). This will leave a less obvious color edge from the transparency operation.
