Scenario Downtown. When I select Soviet Guards in C3 hex, red crosshair appears over the Germans in stone building hex F4. What is the meaning of this red crosshair? Does it mean that Lt Lodashik will fail spotting Germans in hex F4 if he tries?

Regards

Did you fire at that hex last turn with an ordnance weapon? It's supposed to be a marker for target acquisition.

That would be a green target on them - red is they have you acquired, from shooting the PzF in that stack.

No, my Soviets in hex C3 did not fire at all in last turn but they received fire from Germans in hex F4 and hitlerites used their Panzerfaust as well!

When you mentioned target acquisition I quick checked Manual and in section 13.5.1 only green crosshair is referenced.

OK, now I understand. It is Germans actually acquired my bachushkas in hex C3 because of PzF fire. Thanx a lot.
